hi hi!!! it's city day today!!! mua and friends decided to head off to the city!! yay!!!
it's day 3 here... 11 feb 2007.
wanted to head off to church cos jia wanted to go see the one i went, but we missed the bus. so yea... took another bus to huntingdale station where we hopped on the train towards Melbourne City where i got more necessities at Big W.
this is their train. open concept kinda stations. just a simple platform without any shelter. (:
had a bite of some salmon sushi...they sell them in rolls.. like wraps so you eat the whole thing... and it's yummy. jia yuan says it's not tt good but to me, anything chinese and fattening is bagus!!! (: this is the light sauce for the sushi, served in small fish plastic disposable tubes.! how cute!!
also had crispy kremes.. (: some donut called "devil's food". then we walked ard... went up to harvey norman to look for lan cables.... bleah... and they din sell them. can you believe it?!?
then headed to southern cross station to look for DFO (Direct Factory Outlet store).heard was a good place to get clothes at factory prices... but was quite disappointing cos it was a small one... and they were in the midst of renovation so yea... was much different from the one jia and chai went.. where they got uber lots of things. this is the station at southern cross.
afterwhich we headed towards ikea... which was in richmond. waiting for the bus. (: Hui Chai and Jia Yuan waiting for bus 75. (: and we saw really interesting transport cum restaurant along the road.!! (:
