day 2 at the land down under! (: was a pretty day again.. sprang outta bed!! would be lovely if mr molerat and clue came around with more honey kisses and morning hugs! but oh wells, not to worry.. i've got a bit of love from dear teddi... who... let's see... is still lying ard in bed... under the... erm QUILTS!! yes!!! quilts!!
it's good... all's good! i met up w mum's church fren cum neighbour's younger sister who also lived in melbourne w some of her friends today! (: lee hwa, helena and tiffany! lovely ppl... they picked me up at my flats early in the morning today to do some serious grocery shopping. First, we went to Clayton Town... pretty cute lil' street.. those you see in story books yea... had Vietnamese sandwhich for breakfast... delicious stuff!! the ingredients were simple, yet there was a tinge of spice in everything inside. the ham... a lil salty, the carrots... sweet AND spicy and the chong... chives..! lovely.! had dumpling lunch at this chinese restaurant.. the portions are huge man.. but the dumplings cannot make it lor..!! muahahaha!!! *as if charmie can cook better liddat!* winks!
then we got the bags of rice, oyster sauce and other rubbish i'll probably need. they then dropped lee hwa and i off at Glen Waverly which is another shopping area to get stuff from Coles and Safeway.. like really huge Carrefoure kinda supermarts... yea! got my wool quilts, pillows, kettle and more bulky stuff!! yea...
we headed to lee hwa's home after that. a pretty lil' house near mount dandenoong. pretty and cosy. they had a lil cat called
baby yea!! and she even had a lil back garden... (: After resting for a few hours, we decided to head to church called Life Church. (: it's lovely... and it's just a short drive down from their home.
The guest speaker was fantastic man! (: spoke abt expectations and desire. well the gist is that if you have the desire to do sth, God will not stop you if it's not against any of his teachings. He will help you fulfil it but he will give you lessons to learn through the process.. (: yea.. meaningful.. now i know why i'm here. (:
Then we scooted back home for some nasi leak cooked by lee hwa. (: and had palova or wadever spelling it is... (it's actually baked egg white with flour i think) we had other ppl join us for dinner too... lily and david. was a wonderful day spent w them adults.. (:

oh.. btw i must commend myself for being so brave !! my flat's still empty cos no one has shifted in yet.. so its been pretty quiet the past few nights.. and its awfully dark at night... hopefully someones shifts in soon to share the peace and serenity and misery w me!!! mua mua muah!!!
